will receive a warning, temporary suspension, or cancellation of services at our discretion. Any issues such as illegal activity,
illegal pornography, copyright infringement, hacking, cracking, DOS, DDOS, embargo, forgery, fraudulent activities, pyramid schemes,
conducting schemes or scams, linking to any schemes or scams, identity theft, distributing viruses trojans worms, obscene vain or
malicious hostname or domain name, malicious use of IRC, IRc/chat not approved by Statewide, open proxy, open relay, pharmaceuticals,
phishing, hijacking, sending SPAM email messages, terrorist activity, trademark infringement, wares, web spiders or bots. Even if not listed on this page,
Statewide has full discretion to give a warning, suspension, or termination of any account upon its sole discretion.
Each web hosting account or server is only allowed their agreed upon limit of disk space and bandwidth transfer. Dedicated Server accounts
will have to pay for overage fees if it goes over the limit. Web hosting accounts will possibly need to upgrade to an account with higher limits.
All customers automatically agree to all of these conditions once they signup for service with Statewide. |
